Signing in

Your club admin creates your account. There's no self-registration.

  1. Go to your club's site (your club will have shared the link, e.g. yourclub.clubcomp.com.au).
  2. Sign in with your email and password. First time? Check your email for a set-password link from your club, or use Forgot password?.

Forgotten your member number?

Your club Competitions officer has the member list and can look it up for you. ClubComp doesn't email member numbers out automatically.

Submitting an entry

Pick a competition, choose digital or print, and upload your images.

  1. From the home page, pick the competition you're entering and tick Digital, Print, or both if you want to enter the same images in each.
  2. Select the competition month from the dropdown to reveal the upload fields for each category.

Image and file-size requirements are shown before you begin.
  1. Give each image a title, then choose the file.
  2. Choose whether to let ClubComp automatically reduce oversized images, or keep them exactly as-is (in which case an oversized image will be rejected and you'll need to resize it yourself and re-upload).
  3. Tick I'm not a robot, read the terms, then click SUBMIT ENTRY.

Where your photos actually go

Your full-resolution images upload directly to your club's own Google Drive or OneDrive account, not to ClubComp's server. Retention and deletion of those images is managed by your club.

Once submitted, you'll land on a confirmation page with an entry key. Save it, since it lets you edit your entry later. A confirmation email is sent to you with the same details.

Check your spam folder first. Either way, you can always find your entry again from My Entries. You don't need the email to prove you submitted.

My entries

Everything you've submitted, across every open and past competition, in one place.

Sign in and open My Entries from the top nav to see every competition you've entered, how many images are in each, their current status, and the competition's judging night date. If your club uses the points table, your running points total for the year also shows here.

Editing an entry

You can make changes right up until the competition closes.

Open the entry from My Entries. While the competition is still open, you can change image titles, replace or delete images, and re-save.

Once a competition closes

Your entry becomes view-only: titles are locked and there's no way to upload, replace, or delete images. Double-check everything before the closing date.

Seeing your results

Once your club releases results, your awards appear right on your entry, from the day after judging night.

After judging, and once your club chooses to release results, open any entry from My Entries to see each image's award. If the judge allowed it, you'll also see their comments. Your numeric score is never shown, only the award itself.

Why results don't show right away

Even after your club releases results, they only actually appear from the day after judging night, never on the night itself: this stops anyone seeing an award online before it's announced at the meeting.

Getting help

The in-app Help page (linked in the site footer) covers the same ground as this manual. Can't find what you need, or having trouble submitting? Contact your club (their details are on your club's home page), or your club Competitions officer can look up your entries from their side if something's not showing up.

Download started: your browser's save prompt will pop up when it's ready. For large exports (PPTX/ZIP with many photos), please stay on this page until it finishes, it can take a minute or two.
